No rounding in the back at all.<br /><br />Pull ups were solid, fast and strong.<br /><br />Rows were intense, happy with those.<br /><br />Wish I could compete this weekend, but I am going away for 16 days. Will be taking a break from training other then hiking, swimming and maybe the odd run. Also I competed last weekend, and figure I shouldn't compete 2 weekends in a row.<br /><br />Look forward to getting back to it in a couple of weeks.
