Definitely think my blood sugar levels tanked.<br />Felt a million times better after a Powerade. <br /><br />Haven't done ring dips in a long time. First 2 sets were good and then had to break them up quite a bit. Pulls-ups all unbroken. The rest went well. <br /><br />Still experimenting with the gears and trying different approaches to learn just what 95% is for me at this type of time domain.
