10:36 at 162 last two rows were tough. DL straight thru on round 1 and slight pause on rep 6 on round 2 couldn't get the metcon box jumps going so they were jump up stand tall step down. Happy to have one that was elbow friendly. I wasn't planning on doing this one but decided later in the day as the body was feeling pretty good. I probably wasted a good 15 seconds transistioning from the box jumps to the rower to reset it on the second round.
Thought I might be faster than that but I could not maintain the 1:45 row average that I was hoping for. All jumps straight through for the first time. Old PB for this was 10:37 from May last year so I am pretty much ecstatic with the improvement. This one hurt hard during.

Got into a rhythm of doing box jumps in sets of 3 with an extra breath in between sets. The first minute of every row was a breather from the box jumps. Then the last 35-39 seconds of the 500 would start dragging me back down. DL were all unbroken.
I bought the performance menu of dec 07 for that pumpkin cookie recipe. I went to Whole Paycheck (Foods) to buy the ingredients. Wife is home baking them as I speak!
