B1. squat clean/push press/squat clean/push jerk/squat clean/split jerk - 1.1.1.1.1.1 x 5; 150 sec rest
B2. AMRAP Double Unders in 40 sec; 150 sec rest

multiply your highest load in kg in the clean/OH complex by your total double under reps for 5 sets - that is your score; reset quickly b/t reps for complex

    -My wod was more along the lines of...

    -Clean/OH complex, 150s rest.
    -AMRAP in 40s swearing at skipping rope, 150s rest.

    I am getting better at my DU's and will continue to do so.

    Double Unders were HOT today. Only missed once in round two all the rest in the 70's no fractions!

    Pretty pleased with those results considering I was at the hall. B1/B2 performed on the concrete apparatus floor with a small mat underneath for some protection. Dropping weights was not an option plus jumped from 165 to 185lbs at set 5 due to lack of weights (but I actually could have gone higher had I not started conservatively). Doubles were better than usual at the hall, too.

    Happy to have completed as rx'd.

    max weight for part b = 85 kg
    total du's = 321
    321x85= 27285
    you've got a problem when your push press is better then your push jerk, have to practice more

    It may seem like a lot, but its only about 40lbs more than bodyweight.

    Although I have to work on my double unders.
