I made the easiest, yummiest dessert yesterday (yes, we're allowed to enjoy ourselves from time-to-time) so try it out. Just peel and freeze 3 ripe bananas, when they're frozen up real good like toss them in a blender with some coconut milk and 1/2 of the insides of a vanilla bean. Blend it up good and toss it back in the freezer for a bit. So good.
Hah, Geoff, that last comment was so cheesy I'm still chuckling. You've never steered us wrong on things to try, I'll give that desert a try this weekend.
thanks james!!

Good question GC, the schedule from a few days ago only goes up to today saying it is a rest day. I sure hope we have a WOD tomorrow

Wow, that place looks awesome! I will definitely have to check it out when I am in town.
ReplyDeleteGeoff- that sounds delicious. I'll have to try it. I had a dessert with vanilla, coconut and habanero last night... an unorthodox but great combo.
Oh Scotty, it was awesome. I just cooked up a rolled pork tenderloin florentine that was so good I'm considering asking myself out on a date.
