Had the Fran forearm burn going. All DU unbroken.

    Part 2:

Didn't do 800m, instead found a extremely steep run that was about 600m.

fastest round was 1:14, wasn't able to track after that. PU's got hard, DU were broken on last 2 rounds.

    Part 2 later

On 30 minute rest with no food in between. Definitely learned a lesson. My PR is 2:20 so this is way off 100%. Also, my R knee is still messing with me, a little worried it's not going to get better before sectionals.

  9. Here's to being coachable.

    Part 1:
    1:08
    1:09
    1:10
    1:19
    1:26
    Total: 6:14

Not pleased. Think this is about 20 seconds slower than it needed to be. Fell apart on the last two. Not quick enough on the first three.

Sleep and diet poor yesterday and today.

    Part 2 to follow.

  10. Forgot to mention that pull-up grip was funky and different each round and I used a thick jump rope from the gym.

Funny how little changes make a difference!

    - Wore "five fingers"
    - Excited about the times, but I think this was closer to 90-95%
    - Final 200m was tough on each set

  15. If I was as fast as all the times posted I would have had time for all 5 rounds...

Had to go to work for a 13 hour shift...

    Round 1 5:00
    Round 2 7:15
    Round 3 7:11

Really happy with the jerks because I have never used 95 lbs. in a timed wod before. They went relatively well. I still can't string double unders together so... 30 double unders still take me a while.
