    As many reps in 10 minutes:
    Double Unders

    RESULTS:

    B. 8reps by 4 sets with 20# DB's
    C. 13

    2.5 hrs rest

    519 Double unders

    Notes: These tempo based exercises are very hard!! Planned on 13 all rounds for situps, then on rd 5 did 15, 15, 16 to finish. 600 DUs next time.
