  5. Last Sunday "recovery" wod:

    A1. Ring dips: 100#/115#(2)/115#(2)
    A2. SLDL: 12/Lx3...(55#db/h)
    B. Only had time for 50...felt good
    C. No time for row

    Notes: did A1/A2 wrong...didn't pay attention and did them as if they were an A/B. Good workout despite being short on time.

  6. Yesterday's part 1:

    Sub'd Airdyne / 250cals for time / rest 2 min

    Notes: No part 2 due to time constraints and lack of sleep. Combined 6-7 hrs sleep last 2 days. That << after 4 days straight training. Ran a lot of calls and eating a meal was hard to accomplish. Sat is all family time this weekend. I'll be testing at the station on Sunday.
