Congrats Fitzgerald clan! Hey coach I do not have a slam ball any subs I could do? DB Reverse Sumo Deadlifts standing on 8" plates under both legs. You have to inhale as you extend upward from squat, raise elbows giving the DB some air time, regrasp DB, exhale and lower into Squat.? Thoughts?
Did this one for Chloe... 9:39 as rx'd. Walked like a stick man to the last round of Slam Balls. Legs are on meltdown right now, hamstrings will not ease up, quads are pumped, glutes are ceased...walking hurts.
congrats to the FitzGerald's 20:55 and that was seriously the most excruciating back pain I have felt in a workout ever. Everything painfully broken into 5's after the first round. Too long between breaks and slow transistions increased the time on this sucker. Good job Mike and Darren as I saw both performances

This was brutal. Something bad is going on with my posterior chain. My low back, glutes and hamstrings were all shot even in the warmup. I'm super tight and am going to have to get intense with the self massage on the roller. 20:30 was my time, I was in so much pain I whould have stopped but thats not going to happen

I had to turn around after 5 lunges each time and i didnt have 30# db's so i wore my 20lb vest and held my 40lb db in the racked position for the lunges
Also subbed slam balls for 20 reps of sumo deadlift throw with 40lb DB standing on 4 inch plates.

Needless to say, the KB Swings were brutal.
