    WOD3 Notes) Felt a pop in the shoulder blade area on rep 3 of 12. Pinched nerve because I didn't warm up adequately. Damnit! Finished it out though. Popped some motrin and hitting post recovery shake. I moved about 5 tons of rock yetserday and have about 10 to go today. I'm not expecting a fantastic performance on anything today but it's turned into a game to see if I can get it all done. We'll see how the back feels come the 2:00 time frame for WOD#2.

    Just for my notes, my lower back and hamstrings are completed destroyed... since last Sundays GHD Raises. It took 1 hour warm-ups prior to each WOD to allow myself enough painfree motion to feel comfortable. The deadlifts in WOD 1 felt like they were bolted to the ground. Same feeling for the Power Cleans in WOD 2 - had to drop each rep b/c it aggrevated way too much to try touch and go reps.

    completed wod 3 = 9:45...no rings ..subbed strict pull ups...power cleans mostly broken into 5's and 3's

  29. Gave WOD #2 a shot at CF Oshawa and did it in 15:11. Apparently the run is a little longer that 400m but whatever there, I was hoping to go under 15 minutes but I had to break up my 3rd and 4th rounds of HSPUs so that sunk me.

    Time to bear down for the last few weeks before the Games!

  31. Well, I'm a day behind now....no realistic way to get this done while driving home from Sacramento to Portland yesterday. Hoping to double up tomorrow to get back on schedule.

    Squats in 1 min: 55, 57
    Total= 171
    Bummed.... I hoped the pullups would have been higher, as I've done more than that many times. Also, the DL has slipped - did 15 reps @2xBW last fall when I weighed 162.

    PWO: turkey and tree fresh plums brought back from CA. 25c/25p

    Had to scale to 135 after the first few reps, left knee not liking it again. Able to catch 135 high enough each rep to keep it happy.

    Rules - 1 athlete starts @ Pull ups, after they are done 100, the next athlete starts and completes 100 push ups, then the next athlete starts & completes 100 sit ups and then another starts & completes 100 squats. Then you start all over until everyone has completed their Angie.
    Stacey started @ pull ups, Laura push ups and then I did situps. We kept going in that order through the WOD.
    Total team time - 49:40
    My order was sit ups/push ups/pull up/squats - time without the rest 13:11
    Sit ups and squats done without breaks.
