    - Not super happy with this. Tons of gas left in the tank. Large tear on the palm of my right hand in round 14 really got me off track.

    Goal was 20+ so not happy with missing it by 5 reps. Grip was a major factor today for some reason which caused me to break up rounds earlier than usual. PB is around 21 rounds.

    Hand are just peachy!

  7. 18+12 hands did not hold up. I wanted 20; this is one of my 3 month goals....thought I had it, but finger pull-ups wouldn't cut it.

  10. ok...so I didn't know that they were kipping pullups, when it said start from a full hang I just imagine regular pull-ups(not that it would have mattered still practicing kips)

    did supinated grip chest to bar got

    11 rounds + 6 reps

    it really sneaks up on you....

    hands just fine, another set or 2 it would have been bad, skin was def getting loose.

    worked up to a 42 inch box jump after for fun.
