ReplyDeleteGoal was 20+ so not happy with missing it by 5 reps. Grip was a major factor today for some reason which caused me to break up rounds earlier than usual. PB is around 21 rounds.
Hand are just peachy!
18+12 hands did not hold up. I wanted 20; this is one of my 3 month goals....thought I had it, but finger pull-ups wouldn't cut it.

ReplyDeleteok...so I didn't know that they were kipping pullups, when it said start from a full hang I just imagine regular pull-ups(not that it would have mattered still practicing kips)
