75, 95, 105, 115, 115 (kept it light, felt awesome)
A2. kipping chinups COVP x 25 unbroken rest 3 min x 5 sets
all UB ( felt very good)

Notes: These tempo based exercises are very hard!! Planned on 13 all rounds for situps, then on rd 5 did 15, 15, 16 to finish. 600 DUs next time.
