Spent 2/3 of the time on the burpees/Chin-ups. It was almost laughable.

DU's were slow, however they are improving greatly. I actually managed to string 23 together this morning. ( a PB for me... lol )

Started kipping my chins at around rep 10.

HPC straight through on first set. Fractioned on the last set.

Burpies and pull ups were pretty broken, not enough height in my jump for it to be smooth

impressive times as usual.
approx 12 min (had watch hanging on squat rack and after the last hpc I reached up to hit the stop button but apparently the wrong button as I grabbed after momentary recovery at is was at 12:24 and still running)
burpie modification since the chin up bar inside the power rack was about 9' and not enough room to do a burpie so I did a burpie outside the rack, went into the rack and jumped to a parallel grip bar which was easiest on the elbow then back outside rack to repeat.
double unders straight thru on first go and minimally fractioned the second. Last set of hpc mostly singles as I couldn't keep a grip on the bar. Good experience to train somewhere different occasionally to keep things interesting.
finished off with 3 x 200m sprints at 90% with 45sec rest btw.

Highest pullup bar I could find was 8 ft. But I'm at least 6 inches shorter than Geoff, so it all works out in the wash

7:58 I'm not sure of the bar height, it was just beyond my extended fingers. I missed a lot of du on the 2nd 50.

I got through first set of HPC and DU in 1:25
Burpees extremely slow, 8.5 foot bar is high, i had to jump well over a foot just to grab the bar then do a pullup
2nd set of double unders were bad
2nd set hpc 10,5,6
