"THE chief"

5 x 3 minute rounds; 1 min rest b/t rounds;

record total rounds for every 3 minute section, including fractions
post total number of rounds to comments

I can only describe what I'm going through as Fran blue balls.

This fried me. Mentally very tough, I wanted to pack it in at the end of round 3.

25.72, felt pretty awful for most of the WOD (might need more time post-fuelling). Squats were limiting factor which was really suprising. Pacing/strategy went well but I felt I didn't have that extra gear today.

Atmosphere was awesome at OPT once again today. I'm going to miss the mix of CFC and OPT under the same roof.

Thanks Grant/Kathleen and Michelle for the push....

at OPT we were adding up the "extra reps" and dividing by 18(total number of reps per round) to get the remainder

6 + 3 + 6 = 6.5
5 + 3 + 3 = 5.3
4 + 3 = 4.2

Last PR was in September '08: 23 rounds. Back then, I would stop after the last full round I could do in the 3 minutes and use the extra time to rest.

Today, was balls out to the end of the 3 minutes. I was shooting for 25 rounds but didn't have it in me today. Angie actually made my quads and hip flexors pretty sore. Had to work through that today.
