Went all the way back and did Jan 28th WOD. It was the first WOD after the last Big Dawg Challenge so I thought it was appropriate for my first real WOD back after Sectionals. DL build to quick 3, then heavy 1. Press Cluster and KBS Swings. Felt good and Im glad to be back at it. Definitely ready to eat the bar! Good luck to all of those competing this weekend. You are prepared so give all of yourself and let the chips fall where they may! WHen it starts to get uncomfortable remember this weekend is why you have worked so hard all year!! Good luck!
