This week - Tues/Wed transition days, Thur off, then Friday onward on a 3 on 1 off specific cycle for 16 days - 12-16 workouts in that time - Aug 3-19; then 2 days off, then just over a month till the 1st comp.
A. OHS @ 3011; 3,3,3; rest 3 min (keep @ 80% effort)
B. Dips @ 3011; 6,4,2; rest 3 min
C. Run 800 m @ 80% x 1
