When Rory gets back I'm sure he'll be eager to put up some crazy amount of weight. If I recall correctly I think he put up a 360 Lb. Split Jerk....crazy.

Hey anyone here from the Whistler area??? I live in Florida but my job is sending me to BC this summer for 4 months and was wondering if anyone knew of a good crossfit gym nearby?? Thanks for the help!

Not that anyone missed me, but, I was covered up at work and missed yesterdays wod. And I will have to work tomorrow, I hope to get home in time to hit the competition. But there is a chance I will have to do it Sunday.
@Dave X : Yea I still have that wedding to go to, luckily it's on a Friday night and only about 75 mins from Montclair. So, while it's not ideal, I couldn't not compete. See you there.

Check out CrossFit Whistler and CrossFit Squamish. When I was in Whistler a lot in December they both were really great to me.
