I love double days!!! and I just got kipping Toes2Bar!! thanks coach for the awesome progam
Many thanks coach. I plan to go to sectionals at the end of march (Northwest). My guess is that I have some time and just to stick with the mid-Feb training schedule?
Cheers, Chris
chris, yes, most other comps are mid to late march and will fit fine...trying my best to suit all needs, ask questions as we get closer...
Thanks for everything Coach!! Ive never been in better shape in my whole life and i know it is a direct result of your programming and crossfit in general! Had a quick question..I recently watched your Nutrition 101 dvd and was wondering if there was any chance I could get my hands on those papers all the people had in the class that had the case studies and what you did daily as far as food? Thanks Coach!
Or if anyone else was there that would be able to email me a copy it would be much appreciated!
I'd like a copy of the papers too... Trevor said there were no digital copies so if anyone was there and can scan them that'd be so sweet...
Just so you folks know, I've been doing the wods at our affiliate CF Winnipeg. Been loving the +ve energy of the groups and performance has been through the roof. I'm registered for the sectionals in Edmonton and plan on sporting my Big Dawgs shirt b/c I feel all my training - and certainly my mentality - is definitely of the Big Dawgs variety even though it isn't the exact same program. Hope that makes sense.
Can't wait for BDC#3!!!
OPT,
Rory should be back for a 4 day weekend the last weekend in January. I know that before he left for the field he was thinking of asking if he could still participate in the competition, albeit, a week late. He'll be in terrible condition (weight loss, sleep deprivation), but I know he'd probably still give it a go if he was somewhat up to it.
Thoughts? Would you allow him to do this?
Then again, he may be pretty wrecked and I know when he gets that way he likes to just lift heavy things. :)
april, no prob...
there are others that just want to compete as well that are doing it days before or after
Hey Dawgs,
Just wanted to get some opinions from all you attending crossfit competitions.
This is the first winter in who knows how many years that I haven't played competitive hockey, it has led me to crossfit and I love the idea of "the sport of fitness". Anyway I've been flipfloping on wether or not to register for competitions.
I live 5 minutes from where the western Canadian sectionals are being held, on top of that I actually train in the facility!
Just wondering if I should go for it, if for anything else the experiance.
If don't compete I'm volunteering for sure!
heavy, sign up now
Hey all
I have a copy of the papers you are looking for. It will take me some days to get them scanned in as uli am out of town until the 25th. If anyone else has it great if not by then I will put it onto my computer and send it out somehow
Rob
